Christophe Marguin, President of the Toques Blanches du Monde (« White Chefs’ Hats of the World ») asked me to create a medal for the Toques Blanches du Monde.
These bronze golden medals are 80 mm diameter and on the obverse side there’s a composition inspired by the « lancé de toques » (« Chefs’ hats throwing »): the chefs of the world are put into orbit around the planet, throwing their hats.
On the reverse, a creation putting together the basic items: knifes, forks, spoons and plates.
