At the request of the President of the Association des Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, Christian Têtedoie, MOF cuisine 1997, Nicolas Salagnac has created the new medal of the maîtres Cuisiniers de France. This medal was presented on March 18, 2013.
The medal, 80 mm in diameter, features an interpretation of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France emblem on the front: the Toque, a laurel branch and a star in the background.
The reverse features a plate and cutlery, created and engraved for the Association des Toques Blanches Lyonnaises and loaned for this edition. Edited by Pichard-Balme.
